New - Terms & Conditions Acceptance

You’ll now be prompted in the Portal to review and accept updated Terms & Conditions when they change. You can view a summary of what’s changed and a link to the full document, and can skip the prompt a limited number of times before acceptance is required.

New - Bundle Coverage Details

You can now view coverage details and the networks available for a bundle directly from the bundle details view in the Portal, making it easier to see where a bundle will work before purchasing.

Changed - Improved Date and Time Display

Dates and times across the eSIM details pages in the Portal, including time remaining and bundle information, are now displayed more consistently.

Added - Custom Bundle Name on Bundle Endpoints

Custom bundles now return the name your organisation assigned to them via the customerFacingName field on the relevant bundle and catalogue endpoints.

Fix - Bundles Incorrectly Marked as Expired

Resolved an issue where bundles could be incorrectly marked as expired due to transient empty responses from an operator, which caused active bundles to briefly show zeroed data allowances.

Fix - Incorrect Data Allowance for Custom Bundles in Catalogue

Resolved an issue that caused the data allowance to be returned incorrectly for custom bundles in the catalogue endpoint.

Fix - Bundle Builder Pricing

Resolved an issue that could prevent pricing from loading correctly in the Bundle Builder when creating custom bundles.

Fix - Prices Endpoint Access Restored

Resolved an issue that caused some users to receive an access denied error when retrieving prices from the Portal Prices endpoint.

Fix - Unlimited Bundle Data Amount

Resolved an issue where unlimited bundles returned an incorrect data amount value in the catalogue. These bundles now correctly report as unlimited.

Fix - Custom Bundle Duration and Size

Resolved an issue that caused incorrect duration and size values to be shown for custom bundles in the catalogue.

Fix - Inactive eSIM Identification

Resolved an issue that could cause eSIMs with no assigned bundles to be incorrectly identified as inactive.

New - Number Porting

Number porting is now available in the Portal. Partners can submit port-in and port-out requests, generate porting authorisation codes, and track request status directly from an eSIM’s details page.

New - Branding Profile Display

The eSIM overview page in the Portal now displays branding profile information for each eSIM.

New - eSIM Deletion Notifications

Partners can now subscribe to two new webhook events for eSIMs going through the recycling lifecycle: esim.deletion_scheduled, sent 7 days before an inactive eSIM is deleted, and esim.deleted, sent once it has been removed. The 7-day notice period has also been corrected to ensure the full warning window is honoured before deletion.

New - Bundle Allowance Breakdown

The Portal now shows a detailed breakdown of bundle allowances by service type (data, voice, SMS) when viewing bundle details, making it easier to see exactly what’s included in a bundle.

Added - Branding Editing Improvements

Editing organisation branding in the Portal has been improved with a smoother, more reliable experience.

Fix - Auto Top-up

Resolved an issue affecting the auto top-up setup flow in the Portal, ensuring top-ups are configured and triggered correctly.

Fix - Bundle Builder Country Selection

Resolved an issue in the bundle builder where non-country region codes (such as EU) could incorrectly appear in country selection.

Fix - Bundle Status Dates

Resolved an issue that could cause incorrect start dates or status to be displayed for certain bundles.

New - Duplicate Custom Bundles

You can now duplicate an existing custom bundle when creating a new one in the Bundle Builder. Selecting Duplicate pre-populates the wizard with the original bundle’s settings, making it quicker to create similar bundles.

Fix - Roaming Option for Multi-Country Custom Bundles

Resolved an issue in the Buy Bundles section that disabled the roaming option for custom bundles covering more than one country.

Added - Partial Refunds

Partial refund support has been restored for eligible bundles, allowing partial refund amounts to be applied directly from the eSIM’s bundle details.

New - Automated Policy Enforcement

eSIMs that breach usage or account policies may now be automatically suspended by our systems. All suspension actions — whether initiated by you, by policy enforcement, or by our support team — are now tracked consistently in your eSIM’s lifecycle history.

New - Streamlined Sign Up and Sign Out

The Portal’s sign up and sign out flows have been improved, with clearer redirects and loading indicators throughout.

Changed - Improved Authentication Reliability

Session handling in the Portal has been improved, including smarter token refresh behaviour when returning to a browser tab after it’s been in the background.

Copying an eSIM’s install link in the Portal now shows a confirmation message so you know it’s been copied successfully.

Fix - Portal Payment Security Update

Resolved an issue that could prevent payment-related content from loading correctly in the Portal due to browser security settings.

Fix - Portal URLs Updated

Portal links now consistently use the primary portal domain instead of the previous beta subdomain.

Fix - Resolved Duplicate Country Change Notifications

Resolved an issue that could occasionally cause a country change webhook notification to fail delivery when duplicate events were received in quick succession.

Fix - Custom Bundle Sizes in Catalogue

Resolved an issue where custom bundles with duration overrides displayed an incorrect bundle size in the catalogue endpoint.

Added - Custom Bundle Management Improvements

The custom bundles section of the Portal has been updated with improved pagination and clearer bundle size display, making it easier to manage your custom bundles.

Fix - Usage Notification Accuracy

Resolved several issues that could cause duplicate or incorrect usage notifications, including unlimited bundles being incorrectly flagged as having limited allowance and usage events being attributed to the wrong bundle.

New - Auto-Renew Scheduled Notifications

Partners can now receive a webhook notification when an eSIM’s bundle auto-renewal has been scheduled, ahead of the renewal taking effect.

Added - Net Change in Organisation Statements

Monthly organisation statements now include a Net Change figure, making it easier to see how your account balance has moved over the reporting period.

New - Additional Notifications for Domestic eSIMs

Partners using domestic eSIMs can now receive additional lifecycle notifications, including an order complete event and a first-use event when a domestic eSIM is first activated.

Fix - Duplicate Bundle Creation

Resolved an issue where creating a bundle with a different size or duration for a region could incorrectly return an existing bundle instead of creating the new one. Bundle creation now correctly accounts for size and duration alongside coverage when checking for duplicates.

New - Delete eSIM from Portal

Partners can now delete an eSIM directly from its overview page in the Portal.

Fix - Usage Notification Data Accuracy

Resolved an issue where usage notifications for unlimited bundles could report initial and remaining data quantities using inconsistent units, leading to inaccurate values. Notifications now report consistent, accurate quantities.

Fix - Order History and Statement Balance Calculation

Resolved an issue that caused incorrect running balance values to display on orders and monthly statements for activity predating balance tracking. Balances shown for older orders and statements now correctly reflect historical account activity.

New - Webhook Delivery History

The API Details settings page now includes a delivery history table showing recent webhook notifications and their delivery receipts, making it easier to monitor and troubleshoot outbound webhooks.

Added - Filter Webhook Delivery History by ICCID

You can now filter your webhook delivery history by ICCID from the API Details settings page, making it easier to trace notifications relating to a specific eSIM.

Added - Additional eSIM Activity Data in Webhooks

Usage-related webhook notifications now include additional bundle start and expiry information, giving partners more visibility into eSIM lifecycle events.

Resolved an issue where outbound webhook deliveries were not retried if a partner endpoint failed to respond with a successful status, improving overall notification reliability.

Inactive eSIM recycling thresholds can now be configured per eSIM pool, allowing different inactivity periods to apply before an eSIM is recycled depending on which pool it belongs to.

Resolved an issue that could cause an error when a new eSIM was assigned as part of a promotion.

Fix - Custom Bundle Sizes and Allowances

Resolved several issues affecting custom bundle overrides, including incorrect duration and size values returned by the catalogue, bundle creation failing when throttling was set to 0GB, and retired bundles being incorrectly included in custom bundle listings.

New - eSIM Usage Records

The eSIM details page in the Portal now includes a usage records table, making it easier to filter and review data usage history for an eSIM.

New - Buy Page Improvements

The Buy page in the Portal has been redesigned with an improved bundle selection experience, including search and keyboard navigation for bundle groups, a refreshed checkout flow, and clearer, more consistent table styling.

Changed - Automatic Bundle Lapsing

Bundle assignments that remain queued or processing for over 12 months will now be automatically lapsed, keeping eSIM and bundle statuses accurate and up to date.

Fix - Bundle Duration Display

Resolved an issue in the Portal where duration units (e.g. “1 day” vs “2 days”) were not always displayed correctly across bundle listings, details, and checkout screens.

Changed - Faster eSIMs Table

The eSIMs table in the Portal has been optimised to load and respond faster, especially when viewing large numbers of eSIMs.

New - Page Size Control for eSIMs Table

Partners can now choose how many eSIMs are displayed per page in the Portal’s eSIMs table.

Added - Improved Bundle Selection

When adding a bundle to an eSIM in the Portal, bundles are now sorted more clearly and display additional details, including SMS and voice allowances.

Changed - Improved Webhook Delivery

Improvements have been made to the underlying webhook delivery pipeline to reduce duplicate notifications and improve overall delivery reliability for partner callback integrations.

Fix - Bulk Order Balance Accuracy

Resolved an issue where large bulk eSIM orders could show an incorrect balance status when some eSIMs in the batch failed to apply. Failed eSIMs are now refunded correctly and reflected accurately in your balance and order history.

Fix - Balance Amount Rounding

Resolved an issue that caused minor rounding discrepancies between order amounts and balance amounts shown on your account.

Fix - Organisation Registration Country

Resolved an issue that prevented updating your organisation’s registration country. This field can now be updated once during setup and will be locked after saving.

Changed - eSIM Lifecycle Identification

Improved the accuracy of automatic identification of inactive eSIMs, reducing false positives for eSIMs with incomplete usage history.

Partners interested in our domestic offering can now submit an enquiry directly from the portal via a new domestic interest form.

Inactive eSIMs that complete the recycling process will now also be deleted from our systems, in addition to being deactivated and archived.

Fix - Duplicate Bundle Assignment IDs

Resolved an issue where applying a bundle could occasionally return an incorrect or duplicate assignment ID, which could cause bundle status to be reported incorrectly.

Fix - eSIM Profile Fee Billing Date

Resolved an issue that caused eSIM profile fees to be dated to the start of the month rather than when they were actually applied. Fees are now dated to reflect when they occurred.

Added support for additional custom bundle configurations in the bundle builder, giving partners more flexibility when creating tailored bundles.

eSIM search now supports matching across multiple fields at once, making it easier to find the eSIM you’re looking for.

Changed - Improved Inactive eSIM Detection

Improved the accuracy of inactive eSIM detection by checking usage data before an eSIM is flagged for deactivation, reducing the risk of active eSIMs being incorrectly recycled.

Changed - Test Credit Merged with Balance

Test credit is no longer tracked or expired separately. Any existing test credit has been added directly to your balance, and this is now reflected consistently across the Portal, account tools, and notification emails.

New - Download Android Quick Install URL via Portal and API

An Android Quick Install URL is now available alongside the existing Apple Quick Install URL. This can be retrieved via the Get eSIM details endpoint or from the eSIM Details screen in the Portal.

v2.5 now returns both the Apple Install URL and Android Install URL by default.

New - IP Whitelisting available on all versions of the API

IP whitelisting is now available across all versions of the API. IP whitelisting can be configured in Portal under Settings > API Details.

2026.01.2 (28 January 2026)

This release introduces eSIM state management, including the ability to suspend eSIMs, along with API security improvements.

New - eSIM State

A new “State” field is now available on eSIMs, indicating whether the eSIM is “Active”, “Suspended” or “Deactivated”.

This can be found in v2.5 or later on List eSIMs or Get eSIM details

New - Suspend Endpoint

You can now suspend an eSIM via the Portal or via the Suspend eSIM endpoint.

New - (Preview) API Whitelisting

IP whitelisting is now available in the Portal to restrict usage of your API Key. This opt-in feature is currently in preview and limited to v2.5, with full API coverage coming after the preview period.

New - Profile in Catalogue

The catalogue endpoints now return the Profile of the bundle.

A minor update, related to platform stability, includes a new bundle status along with some Portal UI fixes.

Lapsed - Bundle Status

A bundle without 12 months of activity will appear as ‘lapsed’.

If searching in the Portal using an ICCID the bundle will either appear as ‘lapsed’ or will no longer be visible to search, depending on the upstream provider and routing of the last assigned bundle.

Fixed - SMS Encoding issue

Resolved an issue with SMS Encoding with an upstream provider which prevented Unicode characters displaying correctly. Unicode characters now display correctly on all devices.

Fixed - Country codes at sign-up

A small number of unsupported country codes have been removed from the sign-up form. For those signing up from these territories, we suggest the following alternatives:

  • Country code UM substitute US
  • For EH, BQ, CW and SX, substitute NL
Fixed - Revoke bundle from queue

An issue stopping some queued bundles from refunding correctly when revoked has been fixed.

2.4.4 (17 September 2024)

This release introduces two new communication channels for a smoother user experience. Organisations can now set daily spend alerts to help monitor account usage, and Apple Quick Install URLs have been made readily accessible for both API and Portal users.

Added - Technical and commercial email notification channels

Organisations can now specify email contacts for both Commercial and Technical email updates from within the Portal.

This means that you can ensure your developer team receive notifications of API changes, planned maintenance and other updates.

Meanwhile, your commercial team will receive emails whenever:

  • a new monthly account statement is available
  • when you top up your balance
  • a new rate sheet has been released

Setting company notifications

As shown below, you can find the new Company Notifications option accessible from the sidebar of your Portal account. Here you can add relevant contacts to each notification category.

Added - Daily spend limit alerts

To help detect and prevent fraudulent or accidental overspend, organisations can now set a daily spend notification limit for your account.

You can set this value in the Portal by going to: Billing > Organisation Spend Alert Threshold.

When your limit is reached, you’ll receive an email alert. Your users will continue being able to buy and use eSIMs as normal, unless you decide to take action based on this alert.

Added - Download Apple Quick Install URL via Portal and API

From the /esims/assignments endpoint

There is now an additional ‘appleInstallUrl’ field in the request. When this is supplied, the returned CSV file includes Apple Install URLs for each eSIM in the specified order.

From the Portal

From Buy Data Bundles > Order History your CSV download option here will now contain an Apple Quick Install URL for each item in the given order.

From the eSIM Details screen, choose an eSIM and you’ll see a new option to copy the Apple Quick Install URL to your clipboard.

Fixed - esim/assignments for multiple orders

An issue preventing the esim/assignments endpoint from returning details for more than one order has been fixed. You can now specify multiple order numbers when calling this endpoint.

Fixed - /esims/{iccid}/bundles/{name} 500 error

When querying the status of a Bundle via /esims/{iccid}/bundles/{name} some eSIMs were returning a 500 error if their status was expired. This has now been fixed.

Fixed - Portal revoke for some queued bundles

All queued bundles can now be revoked via the SIM Management panel of the Portal.

2.4.3 (4 September 2024)

This release brings improved performance and reliability, notably for ‘First attachment’, and ‘Location update’ event notifications.

Fixed - First attachment notifications

An issue which prevented some eSIMs from providing ‘first attachment’ notifications when a new Bundle is installed. First attachment events will now be correctly reported for all eSIMs.

Fixed - eSIM country change notifications

A bug which stopped some eSIMs reporting arrival in a new country has been fixed. The Location Update notification now functions as expected for all eSIMs.

Fixed - Multiple bundle revoke via the Portal

It’s now possible to revoke a bundle or bundles from a eSIM which has more than one bundle of the same type held in a queue.

Fixed - bundle clearing

Some bundles were getting stuck in ‘active’ state once used. These are now clearing as expected.

This release introduces more practical credit card Top-up limits and improved in-Portal notifications.

Added - Top up limits

When topping up your account balance by credit card in the Portal, the new limits are:

  • Minimum top-up: $1000
  • Maximum top-up $5000

Anyone wishing to top up higher amounts should contact your customer success manager to set up a direct billing arrangement.

Added - Portal notifications

Helping to stay up to date with the latest and most important updates, we now have a notification system built into the Dashboard.

Added - API Call Rate limiting

A rate limit per account of 10 Transactions Per Second (TPS) has been set. This total covers all API endpoints but has been deliberately set to a generous figure so that all reasonable use should be comfortably handled.

Added - new endpoint: Bundle compatibility checking
/esims/{iccid}/compatible/{bundle}

A new endpoint has been added to the API which allows you to verify that any bundle is compatible with any eSIM, simply by supplying the ICCID and Bundle name.

A 200 response indicates that the eSIM and bundle are compatible.

A 40x response indicates incompatibility.
